Lawrence BaischProject Manager

Lawrence brings twenty five years of both domestic and international business expertise in corporate strategy and information technology to the RCSG team.  As a manager, he has held functional responsibility for corporate and IT strategy, IT product development, IT implementation and financial analysis and budgeting.  As a consultant to both private and public sector clients, Lawrence has delivered solutions in all phases of the IT life-cycle from concept to operations.   

For the past fifteen years, Lawrence has led Luminous Systems, a company focused on the delivery of performance management and analytics solutions to clients in the healthcare, financial services, government and education sectors.  Prior to founding Luminous, Lawrence spent three years as Vice President of Product Development with MedChannel, Inc. a software development firm which focused on delivering contract management and supply chain visibility applications to the healthcare industry.  Prior to MedChannel, he held the position of Vice President, Technology Strategy at Wells Fargo & Co. where he was responsible for key initiatives such as the enterprise-level integration of distribution channels and the management of 360 degree views of customer information.   Prior to Wells Fargo, Lawrence was a Senior Financial Analyst for the First National Bank of Boston where his team specialized in supporting the bank’s technology and telecommunications lending operations.  Clients that Lawrence has worked with include Oracle Corporation, Cardinal Health, Memorial Hermann Health System, The Michigan Association of Public School Academies, Transamerica Corporation, The State of Michigan and The University of Edinburgh.  

Lawrence is actively involved with Habitat for Humanity and The Special Olympics and has served on the Board of Advisors of the San Francisco Senior Center.  He holds a B.A. from Michigan State University as well as M.Sc. and M.B.A. Degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
